INGREDIENTS

Noodle
1 pack 16oz TM Udon
Toasted Sesame Seeds, Shredded Nori (Optional Garnish)

Sauce
10 oz Mentsuyu Dipping Sauce (or more according to your preference)
Scallion, Minced Daikon, Wasabi (Optional Garnish)


DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare your udon noodles as per the package. After cooking quickly run them under cold water to make sure you retain the chewiness of the noodles.

2. When the noodles are cool, drain completely.
Place the noodles on top of a zaru tray. Prepare the mentsuyu according to the directions on the bottle to dilute.

3. Serve with your favourite toppings by taking the cold noodles and dipping them in a cup of the mentsuyu. Be sure to slurp the noodles for authenticity.
