All our products are manufactured in an FSSC 22000:2015 certified facility, located in Brooklyn, New York. We proud to source most of our ingredients in the USA.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Both noodles and wrappers can sustain 7-10 days in the cooler, and up to 6 months in the freezer.
Do your products contain eggs?
Some of our products contain eggs, please read the ingredients label carefully before use and be mindful of allergens.
What is the difference between the white and yellow noodles and wrappers?
White color is associated with Shanghai and Northern-style (Chinese) noodles and wrappers, yellow is associated with Hong Kong-style.
How long should I cook the noodle?
Each noodle requires different cooking duration that ranges from 1-3 minutes, check the back of the package for cooking directions.
