INGREDIENTS
1 pack of HK Style Wonton Wrapper
Fillings:
6oz Ground Pork
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp ShaoXing Wine
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Vegetable / Canola Oil
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp chopped Scallion
TT White Ground Pepper
Sauce
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Vinegar
6 Tbsp Chili Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Sugar
TT Salt
Optional:
Scallion for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Wonton:
1. Get a table spoon of filling per one wonton
2. Wrap and boil until it is cooked
Sauce:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Cook the sauce until it comes to a boil. Add water if too thick
Assemble:
1. Drain the water from wonton
2. pour 2-3 tablespoons of sauce
3. Garnish with scallion
