INGREDIENTS
sauce:
3 tbsp sweetend soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp sambel oelek
3 tbsp canola oil
1lb chicken breast, sliced
12 shrimp, butterflied
10 oz TM chowmein
5 oz cabbage, sliced
1 omelet, sliced
3 stalk scallion, jullienne
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all sauce in a sauce bowl.
2. Heat oil in work/pan on medium
3. stir fry chicken for 5 minutes or until done
4. Add shrimp and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add TM Chow Mein noodle and mix with protein for 2 minutes.
6. Stir fry cabbage and sliced omelet.
7. Add sauce and toss for 4 minutes.
8. Add scallions and toss to combined.
9. Place on plate and serve
