In 1989, brothers Joseph and Terry Tang began their TMI journey in a small-scale factory located in New York City’s Chinatown district. They sought to create great tasting noodles and wrappers for the everyday family. The success of their creations soon paved the way for further growth of the company. Over the last two decades, their product lines expanded to feature a wide variety of authentic Asian specialties. Today, TMI is comprised of four subsidiary brands: Twin Marquis Inc., Chef One Corp., Tang’s Natural, and TMI Trading Corp. TMI products are all made in our Brooklyn facilities and use only the finest ingredients. Beyond manufacturing its own products; TMI also widely distributes imported dry and canned goods from countries such as Taiwan, Korea, China and Singapore. Throughout the years, TMI stayed true to its ongoing mission of providing quality products to the public and continues to prosper as a family business.
